The Goosebumps website is PCI compliant. For on-line transactions Goosebumps uses a secure payment gateway eWay Rapid 3.0 and accepts both MasterCard and Visa. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Goosebumps products will be dispatched once payment has been cleared and debited from your account and billing address has been verified.

Goosebumps aims to offer products that are in stock. On some items, Goosebumps offers a pre-order option. This simply means that you can secure your stock before it arrives. This will be clearly stated on our website how to pre-order with us. Sometimes we are waiting for shipments from our suppliers and this may result in a change of our delivery times and stock availability. We aim to provide you with delivery and dispatch times as accurately as possible. On-line and pre-order’s will receive top priority.

PRICING AND CURRENCY

All Goosebumps prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the retail price shown. Prices may be subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Goosebumps we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are unhappy with our products, we will happily refund or exchange the goods. We need to be notified within 5 business days and goods need to be returned with 10 business days to be eligible. We do not cover postage for goods being returned. All Goosebumps products must be returned unused, unsoiled with the original tags and packaging in tact with your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received your goods, we will happily refund or exchange. Please take note that there are no refunds or exchanges on credit notes or sale items. We do not accept exchanges or returns on International orders. All orders shipped outside Australia are final.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE 

Goosebumps offers 100% cotton bedding. As all our products are screen printed, there may be slight colour variations. Please follow our care instructions to ensure longevity of our products. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Warm gentle machine wash and wash separately inside out before use. Please do not dry clean, bleach or tumble dry as this may cause fading and shrinkage. Warm iron if required.

PRIVACY POLICY

Goosebumps respects your privacy and will not disclose your information for any secondary purpose. This includes, your name, address, telephone number and email address. We sometimes do use couriers and in this case may have to provide some of your details to ensure accurate delivery.  The details you provide us with when placing an order is to ensure a smooth transaction that is processed accordingly, protected and delivered promptly for your convenience.

Goosebumps occasionally sends promotional emails that include exclusive sale offers and new product updates. If you opt-in when first creating your account and no longer want to receive promotional emails, simply use the available  ‘opt-out’ function.

Goosebumps is the owner or authorised user of all intellectual property including but not limited to trade marks, logos, names and designs, whether registered or unregistered, and other marks that are otherwise owned or licensed to Goosebumps and associated with this website (collectively “intellectual property”), and any improvements or modifications to such intellectual property.
